The Rims & Trims process
One of our mobile units will come to you or you will drop off the vehicle
at our centre
Wheels are removed from the vehicle and the tyre is pushed away from the
rim to enable us to work on the full surface of the wheel.
....Warning....
....A quality and lasting repair cannot be carried out without removing the wheel from the vehicle and at least breaking the bead of the tyre to enable access to the whole wheel face. always ask the repairer if this will be carried out....
Using a specialised grinding machine the rim will be ground to remove any
damage and then filled if needed.
The wheel is then primed, painted and laquered and cured using
either infra red heaters or UV light depending on materials used
in the repair process.

All our vans are fully equiped to carry out repairs at your premises or home.
The exception to this rule is for corrosion which may need to be returned to our centre for aqua blasting.
Wheels needing face polishing will also need to come into the centre due to the time taken for this process
